Terms of Service

Last updated · June 2026

These terms govern our website and any project you commission from Kodeflow. By working with us, you agree to them.

1. Scope of work

Every project is defined by a written proposal or quote describing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is agreed and quoted separately before it starts.

2. Quotes & estimates

Prices shown on the estimate calculator are indicative ranges. A binding price is confirmed in a written quote after we understand your requirements.

3. Payment

4. Ownership

On full payment, you own the final code, design files and content we produce for you. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Client responsibilities

To keep things on schedule, you agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays on these may shift the timeline.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a defined round of revisions. Additional changes are welcome and billed at our standard rate.

7. Liability

We deliver work to a professional standard but are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand over all finished deliverables.
